This ten-day journey in which tourists will be able to feel the rhythm of the capital Moscow, the grandeur of Saint-Petersburg and admire the beauty of the Northern nature, and then fly to the South of Russia, to get a feel for the scale of the Olympic Sochi and breathe in the fresh sea breeze in the resort town of Anapa.
Day 1
Day 2
Today after Breakfast at the hotel, tourists will go to the main square of the country - The Red Square.
For an hour and a half tourists can take pictures of Kremlins chiming clock and colorful domes of St Basil’s Cathedral, try out famous ice-cream in the main mall of the capital – GUM, take a look at it’s amazing architecture and feel the remained spirit of Soviet time. After that, the group will get behind the red walls to see The Kremlin inside and take a closer look to the centuries-old relics.
After The Kremlin tourists return to their bus and go on to look at the main sights of Moscow. On the way the group will stop in a small traditional restaurant, where they can taste Russian traditional cuisine. After lunch the bus will make stops at the Novodevichiy convent and Sparrow hills.
Also today, tourists will go underground to see the most beautiful subway in the world. Moscow subway was built with the purpose of praising socialism and at this moment is the most important monument of architecture of the twentieth century.
After dinner, tourists will have free time to stroll in the evening Moscow.
Day 3
On the third day in Moscow, the group will proceed with a sightseeing tour in Moscow. After Breakfast, tourists leave the hotel and go to the Victory Park - a large memorial and Park. Here they can walk, explore examples of military engineering during the great Patriotic war and other memorials. It is also near the Triumphal Arch, built in honor of victory in war, but the other, go year.
Next, visitors will tour exhibition center - All-Russian exhibition centre, which is now one of the main walking areas of the city. Here tourists will spend a few hours examining the Soviet and modern exhibition halls, fountain "Friendship of peoples" and "Stone Flower", and visit the Museum and see the vast "space" exhibition.
After lunch tourists will head out on the main pedestrian street of the city – Arbat, which is especially charming in the evening. Here they can listen to street musicians, feel the rhythm of the city and to buy Russian souvenirs in one of many shops – dolls, badges, painted shawls, caskets and Soviet attributes.
Completing the acquaintance with the capital and see the main attractions "from water" tourists will be during the river cruise on the Moscow river on a small boat.
In the evening the group will have dinner and departure to the Leningrad station, where they will take the train to Saint-Petersburg.
Day 4
Early in the morning the train arrives at the cultural capital of Russian Federation – Saint-Petersburg. A comfortable bus meets tourists at the Moscow station and takes them for a busy sightseeing day.
Saint-Petersburg is primarily associated with the Royal dynasty, so there is a huge amount of sights associated with a more than 300-year reign of the Romanov family. First of all tourists will visit The Summer Palace of Peter the Great, the founder of the city. The Palace is considered one of the oldest buildings in the city. Duration – 1.5 hours.
After lunch tourists will look at the Isaac’s Cathedral, one of the symbols of the city, not only outside, but even inside. Here you can also get to the top of the dome of the Cathedral and make the best pictures of the city from height.
Next to the Cathedral, tourists will also see the monument to Peter the great and walk a little further to the Neva river bund to look at the Sphinx on the University bund. These amazing sculptures where brought from Egypt by order of Tsar Nicholas the First, their age is about 3.5 thousand years.
In the evening the group will have dinner and some time to relax or explore the city.
Day 5
After Breakfast at the hotel, the group sets off to explore the main attraction of the city on Neva river - the Winter Palace, which has seen the most colorful balls and receptions, as well as the assault and disturbance during the revolution of 1917. Now the Palace is a part of the main Museum complex of the Hermitage. The tour of the Palace will last an hour and a half.
Leaving the Palace, tourists will find themselves in the vast Palace square, which is not inferior by scale to The Red Square in Moscow. Here within half an hour tourists can take pictures of the Palace and Alexander column.
After lunch at one of the cafes in the city centre, the bus moves to the Cathedral of the Savior on spilled Blood, bright and unusual architecture which can hardly leave anyone unconcerned.
On the second half of the day the group will go on Vasilievsky island, the largest island in the Neva Delta, here they will see the Peter and Paul fortress and the famous spire of the Admiralty.
After that the group will visit the Smolny Palace, which at various times was the Imperial residence, Institute for noble maidens and revolutionary centre.
Day 6
Today is the last day that the tourists will spend in Saint-Petersburg. Morning after Breakfast, the group will walk along the main street of Saint-Petersburg, Nevsky Prospect, where a large number of restaurants, cafes and shops. Here you can buy Souvenirs for every taste.
After lunch, the tourists will Board the bus and depart for Pulkovo airport, from where they will catch their flight to the city of Sochi, which is located in the South of Russia. Since Soviet times Sochi was one of the most beloved Russians resorts on the Black sea, but now, after successful Olympic games in 2014 of this city, was known throughout the world, and it became one of the most modern and developed cities of Russia.
Upon arrival at the airport the group will be met by a comfortable bus and transfer to the hotel in the Central part of the city. In the evening you can spend time at your own discretion - you can stay in a hotel, and you can go for a walk along the bund and enjoy some local delicacies in the coastal cafe.
Day 7
After Breakfast, the tourists get on the bus and go on a sightseeing tour of Sochi to find out why the city has attracted tourists from all over the country during the Soviet era and as one of the most southern cities in the country became the capital of the Winter Olympic games. Tourists visit the mountain resort of Yasnaya Polyana – one of the most favorite places of rest of the Russian President, the main Olympic venues, you can admire the panorama of the city and the coast from mount Akhun, take a walk in the Park "Riviera" one of the most beautiful Botanical gardens of Russia - Sochi arboretum. The excursion will end at the Sochi bund where tourists will have to wait for dinner and free time.
Day 8
Today tourists are waiting for another rich on moving day. In the morning after leaving the hotel and Breakfast the tour continues. First, the group will go to the summer cottage of Joseph Stalin, one of the most famous politicians of the USSR and all over the world, and then travel to the most Northern tea plantation in the world to taste the Russian tea. Upon returning to the city, the more tourists will get acquainted with the history of Sochi in the historical Museum, and after lunch the bus will return to the Sochi airport. This time will not be very long flight to another southern Russian city of Krasnodar, the municipal centre of Krasnodar Region. At the airport the group will meet the bus to go on a sightseeing tour of the city.
Here you will check in hotel, have dinner and relax after a busy day.
Day 9
This day will begin with Breakfast and sightseeing tours in Anapa and its picturesque surroundings. The group will see the Cossack village Ataman, will swim in the therapeutic mud springs, and in the evening stroll along the lively waterfront, Anapa, with its many cafes, music shows and other entertainment.
Day 10
The last day of the tour. In the morning the tourists eat Breakfast at the hotel, leave the room and go on an excursion to the Ancient Museum of culture, because the settlement on the site of modern Anapa has been known since ancient times.
After lunch in the city center bus will take tourists to the airport from where they will leave their plane to Moscow.
