Tour «Two capitals» - Day 6
The final day of the tour, which will be as eventful as the previous ones. The bus meets tourists at the Leningrad station and will take tourists to the Moscow city Sergiev Posad (about one and a half hour drive), one of the main religious centers of Russia.
Here is the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, the largest Orthodox monastery, which was founded in the 14th century. Here tourists will visit all the churches of the monastery and Cathedral refectory, to taste the traditional monastery food.
After tourists return to Moscow they will head to The Russian Exhibition Centre which is the main walking area of the city now.
After that the bus will take the group to the pier on The Moscow River where starts an hour cruise to explore the city “from water”.
Tourists will be completing the acquaintance with Moscow on the main pedestrian street of the city – Arbat, which is especially charming in the evening. Here they can listen to street musicians, feel the rhythm of the city and to buy Russian souvenirs in one of many shops – dolls, badges, painted shawls, caskets and Soviet attributes.
After buying souvenirs tourists return to the bus, which will take them to the airport to catch their flight back home.
